Our Story
From day one, our goal has been simple, enabling SMB's to develop their people, without the enterprise complexity.
We don't do fluff. So here's a simple timeline to get you up to speed.
2020: One of our founders was already scaling his first HR tech company, Jobtoolz.com. An ATS tool that enabled SMB's to facilitate their recruitment process. With one core promise: simplicity.
'Please, can't you do the same for our performance and talent management?' That's what he kept hearing. 'No' was the answer, because he believes in doing one thing, extremely well. Not multiple at the same time, on an average level.
2023: after succesfully scaling the company to 32 countries worldwide, the time was right for an exit.
Q1 2025: the time felt right to tackle a new problem, in the same way. Facilitating the talent development process for SMB's. With the same radical simplicity as before.
Q2 2025: founding team completed. More then 100 talks with HR experts followed, listening, making sure we built the right thing.
Q1 2026: Thousands of employees onboard and growing. The team is expanding, and we are actively hiring. In the meanwhile, we keep listening to our clients, to improve, every day again. Ready to succeed in our goal: building the simplest people development tool in the world.
