Performance marketing wizard
CAC and ROAS are you middle names.

Brand. Positioning. Copy. Creative. Storytelling. This doesn't get you fired up. But this does:
Funnels that start converting better
CAC going down
Campaigns suddenly starting to scale
Recognizing patterns in data
Finding bottlenecks
Improving tracking
Running experiments
Sound familiar?
Who are we
We’re building the easiest performance management tool in the world.
No bloated HR software with 48 modules nobody actually uses. Just a tool that genuinely helps managers run better conversations, collect feedback, support teams and bring structure into performance management.
We’re a young HR tech startup, founded by people who previously built and sold an HR tech scale-up. Right now, we’re growing fast: new customers, new features, new challenges.
What will you do?
As a Performance Marketer, you’ll help us turn marketing into a predictable growth engine.
Not by endlessly discussing theories in meetings.
But by launching campaigns, analyzing data, spotting patterns and continuously improving performance.
You’ll get ownership over large parts of our paid acquisition and conversion funnel. You’ll monitor what works, what doesn’t and where opportunities are hiding.
Some experiments will fail.
Some channels will underperform.
And some campaigns will suddenly take off.
That’s part of the game.
You’ll work closely with the founders and have direct impact on how we scale acquisition.
Your role includes things like:
Setting up, managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns through Meta, Google and LinkedIn
Monitoring CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates and funnel performance
Building dashboards and reporting structures that provide insights instead of vanity metrics
Improving tracking, attribution and campaign measurement
Identifying bottlenecks inside acquisition funnels and improving conversion performance
Running structured experiments and correctly interpreting results
Helping scale channels with strong potential
Working together with the founders on growth opportunities and GTM experiments
What are we looking for?
You understand digital marketing beyond surface level
You think analytically without us expecting you to be a spreadsheet magician
You enjoy testing, optimizing and improving systems
You understand funnels, conversion and attribution
You know your way around dashboards and reporting
You can work independently and take ownership
Experience in customer success is definitely a plus.
But motivation, maturity and energy matter just as much to us.
Experience within B2B SaaS or startup environments is definitely a plus.
But mentality matters more to us than fancy titles.
What do you get in return?
A place inside a startup that’s genuinely building a great product
A lot of ownership and freedom
Direct impact on growth and strategy
Fast feedback loops and zero corporate layers
Flexibility in where and how you work
Competitive salary and benefits
The opportunity to grow while the company grows
What's next?
No endless hiring procedures. Just send us something.
A message. An email. A LinkedIn DM. Doesn’t really matter. First, let’s just talk.
Who are you?
What gives you energy?
What are you actually looking for in your next step?
And of course: who are we, where are we heading, and why are we so obsessed with building this.
Sounds good?
Let’s go.
